2. Purpose and scope
The notice regulates access to the public website, the blog, the demos and, together with the Service Terms, use of the portal. Browsing implies acceptance of the rules applicable to the website. Creating an account expressly requires accepting the Service Terms and receiving the privacy information.
3. Private nature and absence of official affiliation
NexoLicit is a private information, search, normalization, and commercial-management support initiative. It is not part of any public administration, contracting authority, official entity, or public publication service.
The brand, interface and communications will avoid emblems, names, colors or messages that could lead one to believe that the service is official. Each opportunity must link to its source. In case of any discrepancy, the notice, the tender documents (pliego(s)), corrections and communications issued by the competent body prevail.
4. Services
The website may offer a search function, alerts, classification, matching, lists, favorites, pipeline, company profile, summaries, AI functions, editorial content, subscriptions and recommendations of associated services, including web development and software, AI automation, marketing, SEO/GEO, e-commerce, ERP solutions, e-invoicing and EDI.
The specific functions, limits and prices will be shown in the contracting process and may depend on the plan.
5. Public information and reuse
Cards are prepared based on public information or information provided by official sources, with normalization and enrichment processes. Official documents retain their ownership, notices, licenses and conditions. NexoLicit does not acquire ownership over them by indexing them.
Reuse will be carried out in compliance with the applicable regulations, the source’s conditions, attribution where appropriate, integrity, non-distortion and data protection. No guarantee is given that every source allows the same method, frequency or historical coverage.
6. Coverage, accuracy, availability and timeframes
NexoLicit provides an obligation of means and not of result. Although it applies reasonable controls and expands its connectors, it does not declare or guarantee that it collects all tenders, lots, corrections, prior notices, small contracts, or existing or future publications, nor that each source is available with identical frequency or historical coverage.
Omissions, delays, duplicates, classification or extraction errors, format changes, external outages, inaccessible documents and undetected updates may exist. Alerts, calendars and summaries are informational aids and not official notifications. The user must check in the official source the case file, tender documents, corrections, amounts, solvency and deadlines before acting.
7. Artificial intelligence and matching
Summaries, extractions, searches, scores and recommendations may be generated wholly or partially through rules or AI and are probabilistic. No percentage or label represents exact matching, a complete audit of the tender documents, solvency accreditation, or an award prediction.
The results may contain errors, omissions or inferences and do not constitute legal, technical, tax or financial advice. NexoLicit does not guarantee that the user will be admitted, will obtain a specific score, or will be awarded. The user must conduct a human review and must not introduce secrets, special categories of data, or third-party content without authorization.
8. Recommendations and commercial content
The platform may show associated services related to an opportunity. They will be identified as commercial recommendations, will not covertly alter the ranking, and may be hidden or disabled. Contracting those services will be formalized through a separate proposal or contract.
9. Intellectual and industrial property
The structure, software, design, brand, graphics, original texts, enriched databases, documentation and site elements belong to Stefany Alejandra Cesar Funes or are used under license. Copying, mass extraction, reselling, decompiling, circumventing controls or creating a substitute service is not permitted unless authorized or unless an imperative legal right applies.
The user retains ownership of their content and grants only the license necessary to host it, process it, display it within their account, and provide the requested functions.
10. Links and third-party services
The website contains links to official sources and providers that the owner does not control. Their inclusion does not imply approval, relationship or any guarantee regarding their content, availability, security or permanence.
11. Proper use
It is prohibited to use the service to break the law, impersonate others, access other people’s accounts, introduce malware, carry out unauthorized scraping, overload systems, redistribute credentials, send spam, or present information from NexoLicit as official.
12. Security and vulnerability reporting
Vulnerabilities will be responsibly reported to security@nexolicit.com, without accessing third-party data, altering systems, or making information public before giving a reasonable correction period. Destructive testing is not authorized.
13. Responsibility
The owner will be liable within the terms required by law and the contract. NexoLicit is not responsible for decisions adopted exclusively on the basis of a card, an alert, an AI response or score, nor for acts or omissions by administrations, portals, gateways or other third parties outside its reasonable control.
No clause excludes essential service obligations or liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, non-waivable rights or any circumstance that cannot legally be limited. The applicable contractual rules for accounts are developed in the Service Terms.
14. Privacy and cookies
Data processing and technologies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies will only be enabled after consent and can be rejected at the same level.
15. Modifications
The owner may update content and conditions. The applicable version will be published with a date, and material contractual changes will be communicated in accordance with the Terms.
16. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For relationships exclusively professional in nature, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia unless an imperative rule or particular condition applies. If a person legally has the status of a consumer, they retain the forum and non-waivable rights that correspond to them.
