Email communications policy

What messages we send, why you may receive them, and how you can control your preferences.

Last updated: 20 August 2026.

1. Who sends the communications

Messages identified with the NexoLicit brand are sent on behalf of Stefany Alejandra Cesar Funes, NIE Z1026100Y, responsible for the service and its communications. Address: Calle Murta 19, Paterna, Valencia, Spain. Contact: info@nexolicit.com.

2. What types of email we send

  • Operational: access, security, account configuration, relevant changes, and delivery of the service.
  • Requested alerts: opportunities that match the rules and limits configured in your account.
  • Activation and onboarding: help configuring your profile, creating alerts and using the contracted features.
  • Editorial and commercial: guides, updates, content and proposals related to public procurement and NexoLicit.

3. Why you may receive them

You may receive messages because you have created an account, requested a resource, started a trial, subscribed to the service, or authorized optional communications. The necessary messages for account, security, billing and requested alerts are based on the execution of the service. Commercial messages are sent with consent or, where the law allows, based on a prior relationship regarding similar own services, always with simple and free opt-out.

4. Frequency and personalization

Frequency depends on your relationship with NexoLicit, the plan, the alerts configured and the flows you have initiated. We can adapt the content by using account data, preferences and service usage to reduce irrelevant messages. Commercial personalization does not covertly change the technical matching results.

5. Measurement

We record deliveries, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes to operate the channel and protect its reputation. Opens, clicks or other non-essential measurements are only used when there is a legal basis and, if required by the technology, the corresponding consent. Review the Privacy Policy.

6. Sending providers

Resend manages transactional messages and service alerts. Klaviyo manages activation flows, content and commercial communications when there is a legal basis. Both act as technology providers subject to the privacy and transfer conditions described in the Privacy Policy.

7. How to stop receiving communications

Editorial and commercial emails include links to manage preferences and unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not prevent us from sending essential operational communications related to an active account or service.

8. Limits of email alerts

Email alerts are a complementary channel. They are not official notifications, do not replace consulting the procurement platform, and do not guarantee delivery, receipt, completeness, detection of all tenders, exact matching, sufficient lead time or award. Before acting, the user must verify the publication, tender documents, amendments and deadlines in the official source.
